Animatronic Puppet dino

A really odd one here that I got at the weekend, Its an animatronic dino puppet...its a little scary but also quite cute!
Its eyes , mouth and face all move and Its controlled by a japanese remote.
He has his own box as well, It says "the Wild ones" on it.
Id really like to know the name of this puppet, I was told he appeared in a childrens T.V show or movie...but which one?? If you know...please email me his name.
